Relationship between Paseet and Paseetah & scope of the Policy

The Paseet (Paseet) platform is an independent product operated by Paseetah (Paseetah) and runs on the same data services as Paseetah. Unless otherwise stated in a service-specific section, this Policy applies to your use of both Paseet and Paseetah. The term "Services" refers to the Paseet platform, the Paseetah platform, and their associated websites, applications, and application programming interfaces (APIs).

Purpose of the Policy

This Policy aims to regulate the fair and lawful use of the Services and to ensure protection of the infrastructure and data as well as a high-quality experience for all users.

Definitions

• Analytical Content / Output: Anything presented to you as results, responses, analyses, estimates, or comparisons within the Services, including outputs of the AI model.
• Automated Extraction / Automated Data Scraping: Any automated behavior that does not replicate a normal human user experience, undertaken to collect or archive data.
• Usage Limits: Any consumption mechanisms based on points/questions/request limits, or time-based constraints and call-rate limits.

Usage Bounds and the Platform's Purpose

1. The purpose of the platform is to provide a variety of services, solutions, and information that guide you—at a preliminary and indicative level—to data, developments, information, trends, and figures regarding the real-estate market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The platform offers a set of services that enable you to access a range of simple and advanced comparisons and analyses. All such purposes are limited to guidance and preliminary indicators and should not be treated as final or highly precise inputs.
2. All information, figures, data, and other materials on the platform are indicative. They are based on our database and on data analysis using software, technical methods, AI, and our various sources. Even when much of this data is derived from reliable information or officially published statistics, it is, by nature, not final and cannot be relied upon beyond indicative bounds. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you cannot rely on this data alone to make any decisions that affect you, nor use it for legal, contractual, or accounting purposes, nor insert it into your reports and decisions as final inputs. Everything on the platform is indicative, and your use must be confined to that purpose.
3. Your account on the platform grants you the right to access this data for private and internal use only. You may not publish this data or include it in any reports, files, media, or other public channels, nor may you share it with third parties. Any use by you outside internal or personal indicative purposes is solely your responsibility vis-à-vis others and grants the platform the right to hold you accountable and to suspend or close your account.
4. AI Outputs: Conversational/analytical outputs produced by Paseet are machine-generated and may contain errors or omissions. They are provided "as is" for guidance. You are responsible for independent verification before using them in any practical, commercial, or legal decision.

Consumption Limits and Operational Fairness

1. Usage bounds and rates: Points/question limits, rate limits, and daily/monthly caps (for number of inquiries, exports, or API calls) may be applied to ensure service quality and protect the infrastructure shared between Paseet and Paseetah.
2. Abnormal use: Any consumption pattern that is unusual compared with normal human use (e.g., sending very large volumes of requests in a short time, or circumventing controls) constitutes a breach of this Policy.
3. Temporary freeze / reset: We reserve the right to temporarily freeze or reset limits, request clarifications, or require an upgrade to an appropriate plan when consumption presents operational risk or shows systematic exceedance of published limits.

Prohibited Uses

1. Re-issuing/ reproducing/ copying/ selling/ reselling/ commercially exploiting any part of the platform, data, or analytical content without express written authorization is prohibited.
2. Using the platform in violation of law or terms, or using platform data for unlawful, deceptive, or rights-infringing purposes is prohibited.
3. Automated data extraction is prohibited: The use of any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, RPA) to extract/archive/scrape platform data; to evade usage limits; or to bypass official user interfaces is prohibited and may subject you to legal liability.
4. Users are prohibited from enabling third parties to benefit from services and features obtained under their Paseet subscription—whether for compensation or free of charge.
5. Presenting the data as a standalone product, investing in it, or selling it directly or indirectly—including building a derivative database to provide commercial access outside your personal/internal license scope—is prohibited.
6. Relying on platform data in any accounting or legal reports, for litigation, for public disclosure, for commercial purposes, or for any purpose other than internal or personal indicative use is prohibited.
7. Reverse engineering or attempting to discover models/architecture/weights; bypassing security controls; or performing penetration testing without written permission is prohibited.
8. Harmful or high-risk use (e.g., creating content that violates laws, incites hatred, violates privacy or IP rights, or aims to manipulate markets) is prohibited.

Liability

1. You are liable to Paseetah (the owner of Paseet) and to third parties for any direct or indirect damage arising from violation of any constraint in this Policy. If the user is a legal entity, it is liable for the acts of its users.
2. Paseetah has the right at any time—immediately or subsequently—to hold accountable anyone who violates this Policy and may suspend your account temporarily or permanently without compensation for any breach of the Policy.
3. By clicking to accept this Policy upon registration, subscription, or receipt of an update notice, you confirm your acceptance of all its provisions, your full commitment to them, and your responsibility for any violation thereof.
