The term "Services" refers to the Paseet platform, the Paseetah platform, and their associated websites, applications, and application programming interfaces (APIs).

We store your personal data securely with trusted cloud service providers (e.g., Amazon and Oracle). Your data will be retained for the business and legal purposes for which it was processed. We will destroy personal data and dispose of it once the purpose of collection ends, taking into account Article 18 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Please note that withdrawing consent for certain data may result in the partial or full suspension of some Services or freezing of your account.
- Our legitimate interests, which include marketing, providing, developing, and ensuring the quality of our Services, and performing data analysis to understand and predict future market trends to grow our business.

- Right to be informed: to be informed of how we collect your personal data, the legal or recognized operational basis for collecting and processing it, the purpose thereof, and that it will not subsequently be processed in a manner incompatible with the purpose for which it was collected, except in the cases set out in Article 10 of the PDPL.
- Right of access: you may obtain access to your stored personal data for the thirty (30) days preceding the date of your request, including viewing it and obtaining a clear copy that matches the content of our records, without prejudice to Article 9 of the PDPL.

- Right to destruction of your personal data held by us once it is no longer needed, in accordance with Article 18 of the PDPL.
